The Core Return Administrator is responsible for managing and tracking all Parts and Rotable Sales (PRS) Exchange Transactions. This role ensures compliance with Duncan Aviation's policies by coordinating with the Credit department to maintain exchange agreements, invoicing and monitoring additional fees. The administrator also generates reports for management, updates customer information in the CRM, and collaborates with IT on core tracking system maintenance and improvements. Essential Job Functions Tracks and monitors all core movements and locations, providing notifications and updates to sales representatives, vendors and customers on core statuses. Notifies sales reps, vendors, and customers of upcoming core return deadlines. Alerts relevant parties abut upcoming core return deadlines and, as needed, invoices applicable late fees or ensures billing for non-return of cores is completed.
