Our two independently owned and operated restaurants generate approximately $7.5 million and $4.7 million in annual sales. We are looking for leaders who can take meaningful ownership of restaurant operations, develop people, uphold high standards, and produce measurable business results. Selected candidates will be primarily assigned to one restaurant and placed in either a Front of House or Back of House Director position based on their experience, strengths, and the needs of the business.
