Co-Op Program OverviewThe 2027 Co-Op Program is designed specifically for students currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering and other industries. This program offers the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to hands-on projects that support innovation in filtration design, manufacturing, testing, operations, among others.

ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll DoDepending on your assignment, you may:
- Design, model, and test filtration components and systems
- Support manufacturing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
- Collect and analyze engineering and test data
- Apply lean principles and continuous improvement techniques
- Use engineering tools such as CAD, MATLAB, Python, or Minitab
- Participate in project teams with engineers, technicians, and operators
- Present findings to technical teams and leaders
- Contribute to sustainability, safety, and quality initiatives

- IT/Cybersecurity support & infrastructure
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later
- Available to work full-time during one of the 2027 terms (Spring, Summer, or Fall)
Preferred Qualifications:- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Interest in manufacturing, product development, or sustainable engineering
- Prior internship, research, or hands-on experience (not required)
