About the Entry Level RoleAs a Textron employee, you'll take on meaningful work from day one-contributing to real projects and collaborating with experienced team members across the business. Responsibilities - Manage recruiting activities for assigned entry-level and moderately complex requisitions in support of business hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand position requirements, qualifications, and talent needs for assigned openings.
- Review candidate applications and evaluate qualifications against established job requirements.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess skills, experience, and overall alignment with position requirements.
- Exercise judgment in recommending candidates for advancement through the selection process based on established hiring criteria.
- Execute sourcing strategies using recruiting tools, professional networks, referrals, and other talent acquisition resources to develop candidate pipelines.
- Present candidate recommendations and recruiting updates to hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition team members.
- Support offer development and hiring decisions by providing candidate insights, recruiting recommendations, and market information.
- Monitor recruiting progress, identify hiring challenges, and recommend solutions to support successful hiring outcomes.
- Collaborate with Human Resources, hiring leaders, and Talent Acquisition team members to support workforce planning, talent attraction initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
