About the Entry Level Role

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruiting activities for assigned entry-level and moderately complex requisitions in support of business hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand position requirements, qualifications, and talent needs for assigned openings.
  • Review candidate applications and evaluate qualifications against established job requirements.
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess skills, experience, and overall alignment with position requirements.
  • Exercise judgment in recommending candidates for advancement through the selection process based on established hiring criteria.
  • Execute sourcing strategies using recruiting tools, professional networks, referrals, and other talent acquisition resources to develop candidate pipelines.
  • Present candidate recommendations and recruiting updates to hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition team members.
  • Support offer development and hiring decisions by providing candidate insights, recruiting recommendations, and market information.
  • Monitor recruiting progress, identify hiring challenges, and recommend solutions to support successful hiring outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, hiring leaders, and Talent Acquisition team members to support workforce planning, talent attraction initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Experience: 0+ years of experience required.
  • Software Knowledge: Microsoft Suite Proficiency required. Familiarity with Taleo or similar ATS preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills required
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and maintain confidential information
