Job Overview:

In this role, you will participate in the design, implementation, and administration of various compensation programs to ensure the organization's pay practices remain competitive and compliant. This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift, offering a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the design, development, and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures and incentive plans.
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices.
  • Perform job evaluations and provide recommendations on salary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to align compensation strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation policies and legal regulations.
  • Utilize HRIS systems to manage and analyze compensation data.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making processes.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation analysis, design, and/or program administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems.
