We are looking for a
Director of Product Management with direct conveyor system experience; someone who understands how these systems are designed, sold, built, and optimized in real-world industrial environments.
This role is based in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location. We are open to candidates nationwide and offer
relocation assistance for individuals with direct conveyor and material handling product experience.SummaryYou will lead the product strategy, roadmap, and performance of our conveyor and material handling product portfolio-from market insight through commercialization and lifecycle optimization.
This role sits at the center of engineering, operations, and commercial execution.
You will:
- Own and drive the multi-year product roadmap for conveyor and material handling solutions
- Translate customer applications and system requirements into scalable, profitable products
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through production
- Drive margin expansion through cost optimization, design improvements, and supplier strategy
- Partner with Engineering and Operations to ensure products are manufacturable, reliable, and scalable
- Build strong alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Channel partners
- Establish and manage product portfolio KPIs (revenue, margin, lifecycle performance)
- Identify new growth opportunities across applications, markets, and adjacent product lines
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product management team
Required Industry ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you must bring:
- Direct experience with conveyor-based material handling systems, such as:
- Belt conveyors
- MDR (Motor Driven Roller) systems
- Sortation systems
- ASRS / warehouse automation systems
- Pallet handling or integrated automation solutions
- Experience working within:
- Material handling OEMs
- System integrators
- Industrial automation solution providers
- Proven ownership of:
- Product roadmap and lifecycle
- Product P&L and margin performance
- Cross-functional execution (engineering, operations, supply chain)

Education- Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Business, or related field)
- MBA preferred
Experience Requirements- Direct experience with conveyor-based material handling systems (e.g., belt conveyors, MDR, sortation systems, ASRS, pallet handling, or integrated automation systems)
- 10+ years of progressive Product Management experience in an industrial or engineered products environment
- Proven ownership of product roadmap, lifecycle, and P&L performance
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams
