Job Title: Plant Manager / Director
Location: Holdrege, NE
Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time, Exempt
Annual Salary: Depends upon experience + Competitive benefits and PTO

Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering)
Experience: Minimum 5 years holding a Plant Manager role; experience managing a similar size workforce and company structure/facility
Responsibility:
Managing a site with 500 employees (approximately 9 direct reports)
Experience with plastic injection mold manufacturing (64 plastic molding machines, 16 assembly lines, and approximately 3 assemblers per molding machine)
Profile: The ideal candidate will be an innovative leader with a proven track record of driving positive change in the organization. They should have experience managing through organizational changes and fostering a collaborative and innovative mindset. The candidate must be adept at getting employees onboard with and accepting of change.

Key Responsibilities:
Total operation oversight of the Holdrege plant
Provide guidance and direction to all departments
Manage P&L positively and meet production schedules at or below budgeted cost
Produce in accordance with established specifications and maintain/improve product quality
Establish and maintain meaningful communications with all levels of plant and corporate personnel
Progress the professional development of key managers in the facility
Develop and execute a site manufacturing strategy
