TITLE: HR Partner, Technology (hybrid role)

GROWING company is looking for an HR Partner to add to their HRIS/HR Technology Team.
SUMMARY:
- This is an individual contributor role and a key part of the company’s HRIS/HR Technology Team
- Will work closely with company leaders to understand the company’s business strategy/long-term goals and then develop a roadmap to drive digitization
- Help lead new system assessment and implementation, optimization of current systems, automation, and integration, leveraging AI
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, Data and Analytics
- Project Management experience
- Experience integrating various HR Technologies
- Great communication and relationship building skills
- Bachelor's degree
