Topsider Building Systems, Inc. is seeking a results-driven
National Sales Manager to lead and grow our high-performing sales team. With thousands of custom structures sold worldwide since 1968, we specialize in
high-end, custom post & beam residential and light commercial building systems.
This is a rare opportunity to manage
high-quality inbound leads-no cold calling required.
What You'll Do:- Lead and manage national sales efforts and team performance
- Convert a high volume of inbound leads (web + referrals)
- Build relationships with high-end clients across the U.S. and internationally
- Conduct sales primarily via phone and email (minimal travel required)
- Guide clients through the design/build system sales process
Compensation & Benefits:- $85,000 base salary + performance incentives
- Total compensation: $100K-$150K+

Requirements:- Proven experience in high-end sales and sales management, such as:
- Custom homes / residential construction
- Luxury real estate
- Building systems or prefabrication
- Strong understanding of residential construction fundamentals
- Comfortable working in an office-based, high-call/email environment
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and Saturdays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Eastern U.S. coastal markets (especially Florida) preferred
