National Sales Manager

Winston-Salem, NC Area (Relocation Available)

$100,000 - $150,000 (Base + Incentives)

Topsider Building Systems, Inc. is seeking a results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and grow our high-performing sales team. With thousands of custom structures sold worldwide since 1968, we specialize in high-end, custom post & beam residential and light commercial building systems.

This is a rare opportunity to manage high-quality inbound leads-no cold calling required.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage national sales efforts and team performance
  • Convert a high volume of inbound leads (web + referrals)
  • Build relationships with high-end clients across the U.S. and internationally
  • Conduct sales primarily via phone and email (minimal travel required)
  • Guide clients through the design/build system sales process

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $85,000 base salary + performance incentives
  • Total compensation: $100K-$150K+

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in high-end sales and sales management, such as:
  • Custom homes / residential construction
  • Luxury real estate
  • Building systems or prefabrication
  • Strong understanding of residential construction fundamentals
  • Comfortable working in an office-based, high-call/email environment
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and Saturdays
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with Eastern U.S. coastal markets (especially Florida) preferred
