We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed-oriented Leader to support Wabtec Legal organization and drive process, strategy, efficiency improvements and technology enhancements. The position will work closely with the Legal team and its business stakeholders, including law firms, vendors, business partners, HR, Sourcing, Finance and IT at all levels of the organization. As the Director, Legal Operations, you will be key in identifying, transforming and managing processes and practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal and compliance team (« the Legal team ») and control costs; as well as primary responsibility for assessing and implementing AI tools as an integral part of the legal team's strategy and performance.
