Effectively manages and controls multiple Logistics Distribution Centers by running a well maintained, clean, safe, and cost-effective warehouse operation. "Owns" all logistics costs within their defined region. Guarantees that Key Performance Indicators target goals are being met. Monitors and guarantees that the operation is running within budget. Identify and Implement cost-saving/performance improvement opportunities. Actively participate with the Transportation and Sales Areas to recommend/implement changes to reduce our Supply Chain least landed cost.
