The Wellness Specialist implements and promotes the Company's worksite wellness programs for assigned company locations through planning, implementation and evaluation of wellness programs and activities in accordance with established goals and objectives for optimum employee health and promotion of a healthy workplace. In addition, this position provides regular presentations and communication of wellness subject matter. Essential Job Functions With guidance and direction from the Benefits and Wellness Team Leader, researches, develops, evaluates and implements wellness initiatives designed to foster optimum social, occupational, physical, intellectual and emotional health of employees and family members.
