Job Description Job Responsibilities: Effectively plan jobs across a wide array of equipment. This requires basic mechanical knowledge plus working with area craftsman and storeroom personnel to effectively coordinate, plan and schedule the jobs to high percentage completion rate. Leads daily planning/scheduling meetings designed to orchestrate coordination with operations and maintenance to complete backlogged work with the effective utilization of plant resources. Effectively manages large backlog of work and be able to set priorities in planning process Conducts frequent audits on processing equipment, assessing the operating condition and reviewing the reliability program for these assets. Provides input to address equipment obsolescence and replacement, and interface with equipment manufacturers. Assist with capital projects and repairs.
