Requisition Id 14973 Overview: We are hiring an IT Specialist to provide end user support across more than ten thousand Windows/Macintosh/Linux computers and mobile devices throughout ORNL! This position resides in the Client Support & Engineering Services group of the Digital Services Infrastructure & Operations division in the Information Technology Services Directorate at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). In this role, you will support ORNL's executive staff having tier-two computing issues. You will participate in the analysis, design, maintenance, and documentation of intermediate level information technology services for Windows and Macintosh computers throughout ORNL.
