Summary This position is assigned to the NWW (N95) office within the CNIC Fleet and Family Readiness Programs (N9) Directorate and reports directly to the Regional Program Director. The primary purpose of this position is to provide case management support throughout the recovery, rehabilitation and reintegration of the wounded warriors, family members or caregivers. Duties Help A. Case Management 90% Provides bedside support to Navy and Coast Guard recovering service members (RSM) and their families through minimizing delays and gaps in treatment or services. Obtains permission from RSMs to gather and exchange necessary information about the RSMs, family members, and caregivers in accordance with Privacy Act and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations.
