Berkeley Lab's (LBNL) Joint Genome Institute (JGI) has an opening for a Bioinformatics Genomics Analyst to join the User Support Analysis Group! In this exciting role, you will support data analysis efforts, focusing on strategically important areas of genomic technology development. You will contribute to the maintenance, optimization, and execution of analysis pipelines for both new and existing JGI user products, including single-cell RNA-seq and metabolomics analysis pipelines. You will collaborate with JGI users and researchers to fulfill custom analysis requests and support analytical initiatives aimed at scaling laboratory throughput capacity.
