JOB SUMMARY The Information Systems (IS) Manager is the technical owner of the organization's information systems, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity operations. This role owns day-to-day Information Technology (IT) operations while contributing to long-term technology strategy, cybersecurity governance, infrastructure modernization, and business systems enablement. The IS Manager serves as JST's senior IT resource, combining deep systems and network administration expertise with cybersecurity oversight, identity and access management, and incident response leadership.
