Summary The purpose of the Work and Family Life Consultant's (WFLC) is to provide education, training, information, and referrals to foster personal growth, positive development, and improve individual and family functioning. This includes building life skills, developing adaptive coping mechanisms, and fostering a positive mindset. The position also plans, manages, coordinates, implements, and evaluates training, education, and outreach for Work & Family Life Programs.
