About the Role: As a Preconstruction Manager, you will lead the preconstruction team and oversee the full RFP process, guiding proposal development, estimating, and design efforts through clear scope documentation. You will ensure alignment with departmental procedures while driving a seamless transition from the RFP phase into project execution, including project kick-offs and leadership reviews. The role involves crafting, negotiating, executing, and managing construction-related contracts, serving as the primary liaison for suppliers, and maintaining accurate contract documentation.
