Job Details: Hours: 1st Shift 7AM - 3:30PM Pay range: $15.10 – $20.10 (attendance bonus from $1.50-$2.50/hr depending on position) SUMMARY :  The General Production Team Members support the Smart Chicken poultry processing operations by performing a variety of production and labor functions as assigned. Team members will be placed in the position they chose at the time of hiring and may be rotated across multiple areas of the facility based on operational needs, staffing requirements, and business demand.
