Driver Manager
Join our team and help keep operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. We're seeking a dependable, experienced professional who can support drivers, reinforce safety standards, and provide day-to-day operational leadership.
Monday through Friday 8am-5pm on call two nights a week and every other weekend. We are open to out of state applicants interested in relocating Florida. Relocation assistance is negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
Driver Communication & Oversight
Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers during shifts
Address questions, provide updates, and resolve or escalate concerns
Facilitate regular driver huddles to align expectations and goals
Scheduling Support
Assist with developing and adjusting driver schedules
Coordinate coverage for absences, callouts, and gaps
Equipment Accountability
Conduct routine truck and equipment inspections
