The successful applicant will employ a variety of experimental techniques to assist with our studies of neuronal mitochondria in health and disease. Methods and approaches used will include: animal husbandry, in utero electroporation, microscopy, immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry analyses, and molecular biology (e.g., PCR, plasmid preparations and cloning).
