Location: Grand County, CO (Granby/Winter Park area) Job Type: Full-time, In-Person Compensation: $75,000 base salary + uncapped commissions (OTE ~$250,000)

This role is ideal for someone who excels in in-person appointments, on-site evaluations, estimating complex roofing projects, and overseeing jobs through completion. This is not an entry-level position — it’s designed for driven sales professionals who can manage a full pipeline and deliver consistent results.
What You’ll Do
Run in-person appointments with homeowners and property managers
