About the Role: As a Lease Administration Analyst, you'll be supporting a large telecommunications cell site portfolio to ensure that all rents are paid correctly and on time. As part of the Priority 1 (P1) team, you will join a dynamic group of analysts and auditors responsible for processing critical leasing documents with speed and accuracy. Our team handles high-volume transactions, including Amendments, Terminations, Letter Agreements, and Monetary Defaults. These documents are processed in our payment system to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. In addition to core responsibilities, you may be asked to participate in special projects or assist other teams within the department.
