About The Team AeroTEC's Program Management Office (PMO ) is primarily involved in developing the strategy for, and managing the execution of all AeroTEC projects. PMO is responsible for taking direction and inputs from customers, developing program strategy and work plans (schedules, budgets, resource and task management, and customer communication), and creating the road map allowing the AeroTEC team to meet customer goals.
