Job Summary The Campus Pastor (CP) serves as the primary leader and shepherd of their campus, ensuring that the vision and core values of Crosstown Alliance are reproduced at their location. The CP is responsible for caring for, and equipping, a Christ-centered community where people can discover, develop, and display full devotion to Jesus Christ. Areas of Responsibility Leadership & Vision Lead and oversee my campus as an extension of our overall church, ensuring that Crosstown Alliance's vision, values, and systems are reproduced at the campus.
