JOB SUMMARY:
This position is to support a Sr. Manager by supervising electrical engineering staff, and to be responsible for the team subset of project management and electrical engineering services. The position will involve coaching other engineers of their projects in their full scope from initial estimating, proposal submission, construction and start-up. The position will also be available to assist manufacturing plants with safety, quality, process optimization and productivity improvements.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (not all inclusive):
Major focus will be on projects related to the manufacturing plants.
Team building, performance coaching, task delegation, and lead other project engineers.
Develop project scopes; estimate equipment, installations, and engineering costs and prepare project schedules for Appropriation Requests.
Complete and/or assist other engineers for all project assignments within established scope, budget, and schedule.
