What Your Job Will Be Like We are seeking a Service Mech (STRUCTURAL) On any given day, you may be called on to: Inspect buildings to determine type and extent of repair necessary. Replace and repair building fixtures and members, with a minimum of direct supervision. Requires thorough knowledge of a variety of building materials, lighting and plumbing fixtures and tools. Service and repair a variety of plant equipment, structures and office furniture. Assist Tradesmen in structural modifications and repairs. Also requires lifting 20 to 60 lbs. frequently and exposure to variable work conditions. As a condition of employment, Metal Trades positions are represented by the Metal Trades Council (MTC) and represented employees must pay the monthly membership dues or agency fee.
