Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee daily operations for fire alarm, fire suppression, and fire sprinkler inspection, service, and installation teams. Manage scheduling, manpower allocation, and operational efficiency across the assigned territory. Ensure projects and service work are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Monitor department KPIs including service response times, inspection completion rates, and customer satisfaction. Team Leadership Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate technicians, inspectors, and support staff. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, professionalism, and customer service. Conduct regular team meetings, field audits, and performance evaluations. Support ongoing employee development, certifications, and safety training.
