The Talent Management Manager is responsible for designing, running, and improving talent programs that maximize the performance and growth of current employees. This role reports directly to the Director of People & Culture and partners closely with the HR Manager for operational alignment. Responsibilities Performance & Talent Programs: Own the performance management cycle, including timelines, tools, and calibration sessions Design and maintain succession planning frameworks, identifying high-potential talent and flight risks Build and maintain career paths, leveling guides, and competency frameworks Learning & Development: Select and manage training and development vendorsDesign and coordinate leadership and manager development programsOversee delivery and tracking of required training (program ownership, not compliance policy) Workforce Planning: Track and analyze headcount and talent trendsPartner with Finance on workforce planning inputs...
