Job Details: Summary: The Production Supervisor role within the Poultry Division is responsible for maintaining high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible. Responsibilities encompass a deep understanding and control of the production process, accurate record keeping, overseeing line maintenance, and staffing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Checking and verifying daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer requirements and accurate shipments and inventory management. Ensuring every position is filled before start-up of production line. Overseeing Team Member exercises and job rotation to facilitate ergonomics.
