Job Description Hourly pay rate: Hire $19.95, 6 months $20.50, 1 year $20.50 Job Responsibilities 1. Responsible for managing farms in the absence of the farm manager under outlines of the Farm Managers Production Guide 2. Help with movement of turkey flocks to confinement growing 3. Work every other weekend replacing farm manager unless otherwise instructed 4. Assist farm managers in all areas of production as needed 5. Supply reliable transportation to work sites 6. Perform repairs, maintenance on equipment, and construction on projects as assigned by supervisor 7. Assist wash, manure crews and shavings delivery or other areas as required 8.
