About the Role: The HSE Site Safety Specialist supports the Site HSE Manager by ensuring daily compliance with safety policies and procedures on-site. This role is responsible for field-level enforcement of safety standards, conducting inspections, monitoring work activities, and coaching personnel on safe practices. The HSE Site Safety Specialty reports to the Site HSE Manager and acts as the first line of defense in hazard identification and mitigation. What you will do: Field-Level Safety Support Assist with site safety inspections and compliance checks. Monitor work areas for hazards and potential violations. Support the Site Safety Supervisor in verifying PPE compliance. Documentation & Compliance Assistance Help track safety observations, audits, and training records.
