Overview:
The Human Resources Generalist provides operational support across the full employee lifecycle. This role supports HR programs and initiatives that ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, as well as contract-specific requirements. The HR Generalist will work collaboratively with HR leadership and internal stakeholders to support a compliant, mission-focused, and employee-centered workplace.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
Workforce Data & Reporting:
Generate and analyze workforce data and standard HR reports to support HR decision-making.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure integrity of HRIS data.
Assist with tracking workforce metrics, compliance requirements, and personnel documentation.
