ROLE SUMMARY The Global Workplace Experience Facilities Lead oversees facilities maintenance programs for Pfizer Research & Development (R&D) spaces at the Andover site including oversight of preventative & corrective maintenance performed by the Pfizer GWE Facilities team and its service providers or obtained through Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) and its service providers.  In addition, this role is responsible for small expense projects in R&D lab spaces, and provides facility support and guidance as needed to support capital projects at the Andover site. General Summary The Modifications Sheetmetal Tech Rep will support the Install Department with modifications design, STC's and SB's including individual assessments of the aircraft. This position provides hands-on OJT and technical training for the modifications sheetmetal technicians. The representative completes timely and accurate documentation per Duncan and manufacturing procedures; and recommends improvements to processes for optimizing installations performed by technicians. This role must perform as a Qualified Inspector. This role will be available to review and support quote development and make recommendations for parts, labor and tooling.
