What Your Job Will Be Like We are seeking a High Voltage Electrical Tradesperson On any given day, you may be called on to: Operate and maintain Sandia's 115 KV, 46 KV, 12.47 KV, and 5 KV distribution and transmission systems, including all associated Master Unit Substations, 5 KV & 15 KV switches, feeders (both overhead and underground). Operate/utilize insulated boom trucks and Digger Derrick trucks. Position may require Commercial Driver's License Obtain and analyze job information to layout, install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility electrical systems. Work on low voltage single and multiphase distribution, lighting, control systems, associated fixtures, and components. This position requires ability to work weekends and non-standard hours as needed.
