THIS POSITION We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a focus on Water Resources to join our growing team! You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the life cycle of our water related infrastructure projects while ensuring that all tasks are completed to Blair, Church & Flynn's standard of excellence.
