ABOUT THE JOB
The Supply Chain Program Analyst is a hands-on builder and problem-solver within the Supply Chain PMO who designs, develops, and deploys new processes and systems across the organization. This role requires someone who can take ambiguous supply chain challenges—whether in sourcing, cost management, new product introduction, or manufacturing—and partner with subject matter experts to architect scalable process solutions from the ground up. You'll own complete work streams from discovery through implementation—conducting stakeholder interviews, mapping current-state workflows, designing future-state processes, and leading the deployment and change management efforts. The Process Engineer collaborates closely with Program Managers and cross-functional partners (like Engineering, IT, Procurement, and Manufacturing) to transform operational needs into documented, repeatable processes that drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
