Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead leak & scrap reduction, and brazing operations New-product launches, and continuous-improvement initiatives Responsible for driving leak- and scrap-reduction programs, overseeing brazing processes, and leading new-product introductions from quotation through APQP implementation Develop manufacturing processes, design jigs and equipment using CAD, manage project budgets and schedules Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance production efficiency while upholding DENSO's safety and quality standards Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or similar discipline 3-5 years of relevant experience Good written and verbal communication skills Good customer service skills with an ability to approach every business relationship as a partnership Good problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to address customer issues and partner on resolutions Good analytical skills good negotiation...
