Job Description Work on projects supporting research, development, testing, and manufacturing operations. This hybrid / on-site role supports design requirements and construction documents for complex manufacturing tools, tenant improvements, and facility infrastructure upgrades in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Design and lay out wet and dry piping, equipment, HVAC, exhaust, fire suppression, process chemical piping, and gases for complex industrial facilities. • Develop engineering calculations; size, select, and specify equipment and components. • Retrofit existing building systems to support tool installation. • Support construction and integration into the factory. • Develop utility requirement documents and installation design packages with design teams, equipment owners, stakeholders, and tool manufacturers. • Work with clients and contractors throughout design; assist with RFIs and submittals during construction.
