Description Join Prime Machine Inc. and put your welding and fitting skills to work on high-impact projects in aerospace, mining, power, and more, making large and complex parts to watchmaker tolerances. We value precision, quality, and hands-on expertise. What you'll be doing Layout, fit, and weld structural and heavy industrial components MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, and alloys Read blueprints and fabrication drawings Fit and prep plates, pipe, and structural assemblies Shop work + field repairs/installations (travel required at times) What you need Experience as a welder/fitter (shop or heavy industrial) Can read prints and do proper fit-up Solid welding skills (MIG/TIG/Stick) Shows up on time and does clean, consistent work Willing to work both shop and occasional field work Certifications are a plus, not required.
