Position is responsible for project management, internal & external disciplinary coordination, as well as project design responsibilities, relating to commercial and healthcare building HVAC design and construction, including HVAC cooling/heating load calculations, sizing of ductwork/piping, HVAC unit sizing and equipment selection, including DX and chilled water equipment, pumps, and cooling towers. Requires BSME, plus 4-5 years' experience relevant to commercial and/or educational building design projects.
