ROLE SUMMARY The Business Excellence Senior Manager is responsible for strengthening commercial performance across assigned commercial markets through ideation and implementation of insights, tools and best practices. This role will be responsible for close partnership with commercial leaders within their assigned markets, understand advanced analytical and best practice needs to deliver on GH&B goals. They will also work to harmonize consistent process effectiveness and excellence across all GH&B commercial departments as well as manage and lead implementation of enterprise-wide culture initiatives.
