Requisition Id 16158 Overview: We are seeking a Maintenance Planner who will support the Asset Management section in the Nonreactor Nuclear Facilities Division (NNFD), Isotope Science and Engineering Directorate (ISED) at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). The role of the Maintenance Planner is to improve work force productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of manpower, parts and materials, and asset availability. A liaison between Operations and Maintenance, they are responsible for planning and coordination of all electrical and mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance, and project work. Planners are also responsible for maintenance records, work histories and equipment data for meaningful performance analysis and failure reporting.
