Responsibilities: Prepare timely and accurate cost reports and variance analyses for internal management, external stakeholders, and regulatory compliance, including Medicare and Medicaid cost reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Revenue Cycle, Accounting, Operations, and Clinical departments, to gather relevant cost data, provide insights, and support decision-making to optimize resource allocation and financial performance.
