We're hiring experienced Auto Body Technicians and Collision Repair Technicians to join our team in Washington, PA. With a year-round repair backlog, modern equipment, dedicated parts support, and a 40-for-40 pay guarantee, we provide the environment you need to succeed.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Up to $36 per flag hour, based on experience and qualifications
• $5,000 sign-on bonus available for qualifying experienced technicians
• 40-for-40 pay guarantee for eligible technicians
• $200 monthly tool allowance, subject to eligibility
• Additional earning potential based on productivity and flagged hours

50 Flag Hours Per Week (125% Efficiency)

• Annual Flat-Rate Earnings: $93,600
• Potential First-Year Package: $101,000

60 Flag Hours Per Week (150% Efficiency)

• Annual Flat-Rate Earnings: $112,320
• Potential First-Year Package: $119,720

70 Flag Hours Per Week (175% Efficiency)

• Annual Flat-Rate Earnings: $131,040
• Potential First-Year Package: $138,440

84 Flag Hours Per Week (210% Efficiency)

• Annual Flat-Rate Earnings: $157,248
• Potential First-Year Package: $164,648

Potential first-year packages include a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $2,400 annual tool allowance, both subject to eligibility. Not all technicians will qualify for these incentives. Examples assume 52 weeks of consistent productivity at $36 per flag hour. Actual earnings depend on experience, qualifications, productivity, available work, and applicable incentive terms.

What You'll Do

• Repair collision-damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform body panel replacement, dent repair, metalwork, and structural repairs.
• Complete welding and other collision-related repairs as needed.
• Work with estimators and parts personnel to complete repairs efficiently.
• Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and productivity.

What We're Looking For

• Professional auto body or collision repair experience.
• Experience with panel replacement, dent repair, and collision damage restoration.
• Ability to perform quality repairs efficiently and independently.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• I-CAR certifications and structural repair experience are a plus.
