Responsibilities:
- Managing daily trade compliance activities to ensure TSV's parts and products flow across international borders in compliance with Customs regulatory requirements.
- Classification of products in accordance with the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule, Schedule B, and the Export Administration Regulations, Commerce Control List.
- Identify, develop, and implement trade compliance process improvements.
- Develop and maintain professional working partnerships with key internal business areas to encourage the exchange of ideas, plans, developments, and regulatory practices.
- Collection, validation, and maintenance of trade related documentation and information required to support TSV's trade initiatives.
- Conduct import/export self-assessments to ensure transactions meet regulatory and company record retention guidelines.
