Responsibilities
- Perform asbestos abatement and environmental remediation tasks according to established procedures and safety standards.
- Carry out selective demolition and debris removal at various job sites.
- Adhere to OSHA, EPA, AHERA, and company safety protocols at all times.
- Properly use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators.
- Travel to different job locations as required by project needs.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, and working in various environments.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Must possess a valid North Carolina REAL ID driver's license to meet access requirements for certain federal project sites.
- Eligibility to access military installations, federal facilities, and other secure government job sites.
