Job Title: Project CoordinatorAbout the Role:The Project Coordinator provides day-to-day project and administrative support to the Project Manager on large-scale data center construction initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities, maintaining compliance with CBRE processes, and ensuring accurate tracking of procurement, finance, and deployment activities.
What You'll Do:Project & Program Coordination- Support the Project Manager with coordination across multiple data center sites and project phases.
- Serve as a key liaison between the program and internal/external stakeholders to ensure alignment with schedules and deliverables.
Field Operations & Deployment Support- Coordinate with Field Operations teams regarding technician deployment schedules and site readiness.
- Track action items, field updates, and deployment dependencies; follow up to closure.
Travel Coordination- Work with the Travel Team to coordinate travel arrangements for project and onsite teams.
- Ensure travel plans align with construction milestones, deployment schedules, and site requirements.
Onsite Team Follow-Ups & System Updates- Collect, submit, track, and follow up on required inputs from onsite teams, including:
- MyBuy requests, status updates, and approvals
- MyFinance entries, cost tracking, and financial documentation
- Project ID numbers creation, updates, and validation
- Compliance with CBRE-required processes, reporting, and tools
Documentation & Reporting- Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, logs, and status reports.
- Ensure data integrity across procurement, finance, and project management systems.
- Assist with preparation of reports and updates for internal leadership and stakeholders.
What You'll Need:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction support, or infrastructure programs.
- Experience supporting construction, critical facilities, or data center projects preferred.
- Familiarity with procurement and financial systems (e.g., purchase requests, cost tracking).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail, particularly with financial, procurement, and compliance processes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with project tracking tools, spreadsheets, and enterprise systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with geographically dispersed teams.
