Essential Functions:
  • Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Core, or other welding processes based on customer and project requirements.
  • Fabricate, assemble, modify, repair, and weld metal components, structures, and assemblies.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, welding symbols, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, fitting, grinding, beveling, and cleaning components prior to welding.
  • Inspect completed welds to verify quality, workmanship, and compliance with customer specifications.
  • Operate welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
  • Perform structural, production, maintenance, or repair welding in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Support production schedules while maintaining safety, quality, and workmanship standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company and customer safety requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of welding experience in manufacturing, fabrication, aerospace, defense, marine, shipbuilding, rail, heavy equipment, automotive, industrial manufacturing, or similar production environments.
  • Experience with one or more welding processes including MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), or Flux-Core (FCAW).
  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
  • Experience performing fabrication, structural welding, production welding, assembly, repair, or maintenance work.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
